El truco es un poquito de sal y condimentar igual que un relleno de carne (como el relleno de empanadas!) Yo uso un condimento que se llama especias surtidas... Y es un mix muy rico (a mí me gusta mucho)
  5. En un molde o fuente apta para horno, ponemos una capa de puré, luego nuestro relleno, arriba, si tenemos y nos gusta puede llevar queso cremoso, huevo duro, aceitunas... Y ponemos una capa más de puré para terminar nuestro pastel...y le pasamos un poquito de aceite por arriba...
  6. Por último, llevamos unos minutos al horno para dorar... Y a disfrutar!!!! Es muy rico y sano!!!! Que lo disfruten!
