Aquí os vengo con una nueva receta, se trata de la Harira típica de Ramadán, esta sopa es muy tradicional y suele ser acompañada por Chebakia, un dulce.

- 200 g carne de ternera
- 120 g harina
- 7 tomates
- 1 cebolla
- 1bol pequeño apio
- 1bol pequeño garbanzos remojados
- 5g perejil
- 1 rama cilantro
- 2c g tomate concentrado
- 2c g aceite de oliva
- 1 vaso pequeño lentejas
- 60 g fideos finos
- 1 cuchara jengibre
- 1 cucharita pimienta
- 1 cucharita cúrcuma
- 1 pizca azafrán
- 1 pizca canela
- al gusto sal (más o menos una cuchara grande)
- agua
- c g = Cuchara Grande

- En una batidora ponemos la cebolla, el tomate, el apio y un litro de agua. Trituramos todo luego lo escurrimos en una olla exprés y le añadimos el perejil, garbanzos, la carne, las especias, 2 cucharas de aceite y otro litro de agua. Cerramos la olla durante 45 min.
- En otro bol mezclamos dos vasos de agua harina, tomate concentrado y lo añadimos a la olla.
- Cuando empieza a hervir le echamos 2 litros de agua y lo dejamos 45 min a fuego mediano.
- Después de 45 min añadimos el cilantro que hemos triturado con un vaso de agua y lo dejamos todo hervir durante 6-7 min.
- Nuestra harira esta lista ha quedado deliciosa y la podéis servir con dátiles y higos para darle el punto de sabor salado y dulce a la cocina marroqui.
