  4. Cuando tengamos el rehogo, lo agregamos a la preparación mezclando bien, luego agregamos las cuatro   cucharadas de harina de soja, mezclamos
  5. Después agregar de a poco la harina de arroz, mezclamos bien. Si queda algo chirlo agregar más harina hasta que quede bien consistente
  6. Formar las hamburguesas y freezarlas
  7. NOTA: Para hamburguesas de garbanzos las mismas cantidades pero la mitad de las harinas
