  5. Apenas la zanahoria empieza a estar blanda agregamos la papa, una vez la papa blanda agregamos el zapallo y seguido el boniato junto con las lentejas previamente escurridas
  6. Como en todas las recetas, son totalmente abiertas para que elijas las verduras que te gustan y sacar las que no, así como también puede ser de pollo o tener panceta (o sin lentejas) yo use carne paleta porque es económica y rica, pero obvio a gusto!
  7. Yo use: 8 papas chicas, 3 boniatos, medio zapallo, 2 zanahorias media cebolla y 300 gramos de carne, somos 3 y alcanzó para 2 super comidas. Como extra si les gusta pueden hacer fideos (por separado o mismo en la misma olla y quedan deliciosos!!!)
