  4. Agregamos la sal, los condimentos, los cubitos de caldo y el puré de tomate. Revolvemos y le agregamos las lentejas con el agua, tapamos y dejamos hervir por 1 hora
  5. Pasada 1 hora.Depende si se desea un guiso con sopita o cequito le agregas un poquito de agua caliente. Agregamos las cebollitas de verdeo picadas.(en este momento me gusta agregarlas)y el arroz mezclando de a tanto para que no se queme. Una vez medio tierno el arroz apagamos fuego y dejamos la cacerola mitad tapada para que se termine de cocinar el arroz. Y listo. Riquísimo
