  3. Poner la verdura (1 cebolla picada, y zanahoria rallada con una cucharada de aceite en un sartén a cocinar.
    *Poner en un bols, las lentejas ya hervidas escurridas las pisamos con tenedor poner los huevos, las verduras, las 2 cucharadas de harina, sal y los condimentos. Dejar reposar y preparar alguna salsa a gusto (yo hice pomarola)
  4. Tomar porciones del tamaño de una cuchara sopera aproximadamente.
    Hacemos bolitas hasta terminar la pasta.
    *Batimos 2 huevos y condimentamos.
    *Pasar las bolitas de a una Primero por harina, Segundo por huevo y Tercero por pan rallado hasta terminar con todas.
    Ponemos en un sartén aceite a fuego medio y freímos con cuidado
    Dando vuelta que se doren de todos lados
  5. Emplatar bañando con alguna salsa y se puede acompañar con alguna guarnición, yo acompañe con arroz
