- Lavamos, pelamos y cortamos los vegetales como mencionamos anteriormente, en un morterito machacamos las hierbas, ahí le agregamos la pimienta, el pimentón y la sal. En un sartén chico (sin aceite) ponemos a desgrasar las húngaras.



- En una cacerola ponemos un chorrito de aceite, cuando está caliente agregamos la cebolla y el puerro, dejamos 5 minutos y añadimos los morrones, la zanahoria, el ajo y laurel, dejamos que se mezclen los sabores por otros 5 minutos y añadimos la pulpa de tomate y el condimento, mezclamos con una esparto o cuchara y dejamos 6 minutos más, luego agregamos las papas y comenzamos a añadir agua caliente.



- Luego que la papá esté unos 8 minutos o un poquito más añadimos las lentejas peladas, mezclamos suavemente, dejamos a fuego medio para que reduzca el líquido(con una espumadera, espumamos, limpiamos de algún exceso de aceite) dejamos hasta que las papas estén cocidas, bien cocidas.


- Apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar unos 4 minutos.

- Sabroso y calentito. Se puede agregar unas hojitas de tomillo fresco, queda muy bien.😉
