- En una olla, poner el aceite de oliva. Cuando esté bien caliente, incorporar la cebolla junto con los ajos. Cuando comienza a ponerse transparente la cebolla, se pone la panceta y el chorizo colorado.
- Luego de rehogar todo unos minutos, agregar las lentejas. Cocinar unos 2 minutos más.
- Agregar todo el caldo a la olla. Dejar cocinar hasta que las lentejas estén totalmente cocidas / tiernas.
- Por último se agrega la cucharada de pimentón dulce. Se mezcla unos minutos más. ¡Y listo! A comer ALTO GUISO. 💣
