- 100 grs. De panceta

- Una vez que la carne está cocida la agregamos al resto de la preparación.

- Mientras esperamos que las papas y las zanahorias estén listas (que queden un poco duritas, así no se pasan), vamos a agregar a las estrellas de la preparación, LAS LENTEJAS.


- Recordar usar fuego medio bajo
- Por último ponemos las papas y zanahorias previamente coladas y dejamos que todo se siga cocinando.
- Y agregamos el chorizo colorado (esto es a gusto de cada uno, yo le puse medio porque es muy invasivo).
- Agregar la salsa y dejar que los sabores comiencen a impregnarse.
Dato! Si ven que quedó muy espeso pueden agregar un poquito de agua o incluso un poquito de caldo si lo prefieren

Ají picante
Un ají pu.. parió
Provenzal (ajo y perejil)
