  3. Abrimos la olla y echamos los fideos y dejamos 4 minutos a fuego lento cuando pasen esos 4 minutos seguidamente echamos la disolución de harina y agua y movemos continuamente durante 5 o 6 minutos más para que la harina se cocine bien sin parar de remover porque si no se pega y hace grumo.
  4. Una vez que ha pasado el tiempo de cocinado de la harina echamos el huevo batido sin parar de remover 2 minutos apagamos el fuego seguimos y a disfrutar!!!!!
