  9. Ahora agregamos un poco más de agua y cuando hierve zampamos los fusilli de lentejas, que estarán listos en cuatro minutos. Es la primera vez que los hago así que veremos que tal son.
  10. Cascamos el gobelino y nos quedamos con la yema... Y la batimos un minuto
  11. Seguimos batiendo y agregando aceite en hilo y hacemos un parate para colar los fideos.
  12. Ya colados los mezclamos en la ensaladera con lo espumadereado anteriormente.
  13. Seguimos hasta haber usado aprox. 3dl de aceite.
  14. Condimentamos con bastante pimienta cuatricolor, cinco gotas de limón, 1 cucharadita de sal gruesa y un toque de ají molido. Batimos otra vez y ya esta.
  15. Revolvemos bien y......
  16. Mayoneseamos y revolvemos lo mejor que se pueda
  17. Faltó mayonesa así que uso toda, quedaba un tercio.
  18. Trozamos grueso el pepino
  19. Y lo zampamos a la ensarda
  20. Después de revolver astá lista
  21. El plato de control!!!
  22. No pude con mi genio, así que probé en el tercer plato agregándole ketchup
  23. Y así se ve ya revuelto.......Difícil de decir cual es más rica
