Ponemos agua hasta cubrir 2 dedos por encima de todas las verduras y dejamos guisar durante 1 hora. Miramos si todo esta guisado y si es así, apartamos del fuego.
  4. Después de dejar reposar el potaje 15 minutos. Ya esta listo para servir y comer.
