- 1 puerro
- 1 cebolla dulce

- 1 pizca (al gusto) sal

- Mientras van dorando, picaremos todo lo que podamos el puerro, la zanahoria y el pimiento (también podéis añadir calabacín si queréis). Una vez que lo tengamos todo listo, lo añadiremos a nuestra mezcla y seguiremos sofriendo.

- Cuando se ablande todo por el vapor de la olla, añadiremos las lentejas y removeremos un poco más. De esta forma todo compartirá el sabor y se concentrará más.

- Por último añadiremos 4 o 5 vasos (según necesitemos para que rebose un poco de agua por encima de toda la mezcla) de agua tibia y removeremos un poco. Cuando rompa a hervir añadiremos la pastilla de caldo de verduras y el laurel.


- Dejaremos que se vaya evaporando el agua, controlando en todo momento que no se seque la mezcla, añadiendo un poco más de agua de ser necesario. Tardarán en hacerse unos 35/45 min. Al pasar unos 20/25min añadiremos sal al gusto y probaremos el caldo.
