- Enjuagar mientras las alubias. Comprobar el punto de cooción de la lenteja, si están duras añade las alubias y deja cocer a fuego lento para que la lenteja se haga bien, si ya esta bien cocida poner el fuego alto y dejar cocer hasta que el caldo empieza a espesar, aprovecha para ajustar de sal, yo lo he tenido cociendo unos 15 minutos al añadir las alubias
