  3. Seguimos rehogando unos minutos y a continuación incorporamos el tomate troceado y seguimos rehogando.
  4. Incorporamos una cucharadita de pimentón y sin dejar de remover despacito vamos incorporando los dados de chorizo y los trozos de costilla que previamente habremos salado. (También valdría costillas adobadas)
