- Lo primero será cocer las lentejas. Para ello las ponemos en una olla y dejamos que se cocinen durante 40 minutos (puede variar unos minutos en función del tipo de legumbre que utilicéis).
En una sartén ponemos a pochar la cebolla y los ajos. Cuando estén pochadas le añadimos una cucharada de pimentón. Integramos y añadimos la leche de coco.

- Ahora vamos a añadir nuestras especias al gusto. A mi gusta que sepa bien a curry, pero también me gusta añadirle cúrcuma, jengibre, comino o ras al hanout.
Salpimentamos y añadimos las lentejas y dejamos que se cocine todo bien durante 10 minutos más.
A su vez vamos a cocer el arroz. Una vez cocido lo podemos añadir a nuestra olla con lentejas o servirlas en un lado, como más os guste.
